We employed Mick Clarke recently to undertake extensive renovation work to a large house. He was highly recommended to us by a surveyor in Dunstable, and after seeing some examples of his excellent work we went ahead with the project. The work has been carried out to a very high standard and with great efficiency.

As an architect I have had a lot of experience with domestic projects and this has been one of the smoothest jobs I have been involved with. Mick is an excellent project manager and the work was carried out on time and in budget. In short I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

M Clarke has a local reputable team made up of architects, structural engineers, carpenters, bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, plasterers and labourers capable of delivering a first class job. M Clarke will price a job using an independent valuation company and has come in on budget for us whilst also able to accommodate variations to the works efficiently and cost effectively. M Clarke built a two storey extension for us in just over 3 months. We were kept informed throughout, could always get hold of him, found that the neighbours were pleased with the conduct of his people and found the site as clean as possible given the circumstances. M Clarke has a fair standard contract and has proven trustworthy and capable. Highly recommended.

We employed Mick Clarke to build a single storey extension to our property, to install a new kitchen and a new downstairs toilet and a new patio and garden retaining wall was also to be undertaken. From start to finish the project was managed expertly by Mick who was available to supervise and handle any problems and to answer any queries we may have had. He advised us on materials and organised all the ordering and delivery of these.

Mick kept the work on schedule and house was always kept as clean and tidy as possible while the work was in progress as we were in residence all the time. We were never left without any essential services and Mick always checked we were happy with the ongoing work. The work was completed within the timescale and budget was not exceeded. We were delighted with the high standard finish and would highly recommend Mick to others."
